- Physician eSignature and editing
- Physicians can review, edit and electronically
signoff on transcribed reports from anywhere via the web.
Bulk eSign feature enables physicians to review multiple
reports at a time. Reject feature routes report back to
QA or transcription with comments for action.
- XML-based report delivery rules
engine - Automatically determines when, where,
to whom, and in which format each transcribed report should
be delivered. Highly flexible engine can be configured to
meet the unique requirements of each hospital / healthcare
system.
- Print Agent - Automatically
routes and prints transcribed reports to any printer within
the hospital / healthcare system based on configured business
rules for the worktype, physician, and CC physicians. Agent
can also be configured to print watermarks, signature lines,
report footers and more.
- Fax Agent - Automatically
faxes transcribed reports to fax machines based on configured
business rules for the worktype, physician, and CC physicians.
- HIS Upload Agent - Automatically
uploads completed transcribed reports, including any physician
edits, to the hospital's HIS system via an HL7 interface.
