Nandan Setlur -Managing Director, InterPro Medical Solutions
Nandan leads the Healthcare and Technology divisions besides heading up all investments in India for the holding company. For the Healthcare practice, he oversees the EBO, RCM division and the Medical Transcription division. In this role he provides key input towards the strategic growth of the company. Nandan has taken the lead in identifying and creating investment opportunities worldwide on behalf of the group, primarily in the areas of Human Resources and Healthcare. He has also played a key role in multiple mergers and acquisitions, besides being involved in the integration of key resources between merged entities. Prior to joining InterPro, Nandan founded and ran a consulting services and placement company that focused on e-commerce and ERP, while setting up a delivery arm in India to provide outsourced software programming services. He started his career as a Technology Consultant to various US Federal Agencies and later as a Senior Technology Manager at a Fortune 50 US company.

Klaus-Peter Springer - Chief Technology Officer, InterPro
Klaus-Peter Springer is an accomplished, results-driven Executive Manager of Information Technology with 20 years of demonstrated success directing business and technology operations to optimize bottom line productivity. Degrees in Computer Science and Industrial Accounting provided the foundation of his career in IT consulting, strategic planning, infrastructure, quality assurance, business process improvement, application development, and international business. Mr. Springer was the co-founder and managing partner of SAS GmbH in Germany, a consulting and software development company which provided services to Fortune 500 companies, and developed products for project management, document scanning and imaging, data center operations, production planning and control, warehouse management and shop floor control, as well as accounting, payroll, and human resources solutions. Prior to joining InterPro, he was co-founder, chief software architect, and technology manager of ThinkWare, Inc., a U.S. based software company which specializes in Payroll and Human Resources software.

Paul W. Sacra - Hospital Revenue Cycle Consultant Vice President, InterPro Medical Solutions.
Paul has 25 years of experience in Hospital Revenue Cycle Management, including a children's hospital, a predominately psychiatric hospital, mid-sized acute care hospitals, not-for profit facilities and an enterprise wide central business office for multiple facilities. At all sites there was the responsibility to manage physician billing in various specialties including ER, Anesthesia, EKG, Radiology and specialty Orthopedic clinics. Paul has served on facility and corporate Revenue Cycle Management committees which included facility and physician revenue cycles. At Columbia/HCA he served as the Compliance Manager for the Central Business Office and was a liaison for the clinical departments, including the laboratory, for compliance issues, concerns and Medicare action plans. Paul has served as a private consultant for hospitals in the Revenue Cycle Management arena and has recently served as the Operations Director in a Physician-based Central Business Office with specialties in Pathology and Radiation Oncology. At each facility there was a successful program utilized to reduce AR days, increase cash flow, push to increase cash reserves and decrease bad debt. In all cases, a team approach involving all key players in the revenue cycle was initiated with good information flow, increased understanding and an improved business product.

James Larsen - President, InterPMG
James Larsen has twenty-five years of physician practice management experience, representing hospitals and physician practices throughout the country. James has extensive experience in operations and finance, assisting healthcare entities in maximizing revenues thorough enhancements to process and technology. Before joining InterPro, James was the co-founder and principal of Physician Management Group, Inc. (PMG), a healthcare receivables management company specializing in hospital-based outreach and physician billing with operations in Virginia and New Jersey. Prior to founding PMG, James was a member of the Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield, New York City team for nine years, and was the first member of the Electronic Media Claims team, responsible for implementation of EDI program specifications, end user training, product marketing, desktop application training, medical terminology/ AMA coding, and payment utilization. James is a member of the Healthcare Business Managers Association (HBMA), Radiology Business Managers Association RBMA), and American Pathology Foundation (APF).

Roberta Podzius - President Transcription Services , InterPro Medical Solutions
Roberta has over twenty years of leadership in the medical transcription industry, most recently serving as Vice President of Consulting and Transcription Services with a national transcription consulting firm located in the eastern United States. She began her career in Michigan, serving several Michigan hospitals as a medical transcriptionist, and then later working in the medical malpractice division of a major Detroit area law firm. After relocating to Arizona, Roberta served in a transcription management capacity at a world-renowned Scottsdale clinic and as department head at a nationally-recognized geriatric and research hospital in Sun City. She then left the hospital setting to head up the Western Division of a national MTSO, working with innovative information-technology professionals to research, develop and implement one of the industry's first web-based dictation and transcription platforms. She then left to begin her own independent transcription consulting firm.

Roberta possesses an industry reputation as an innovative leader in the medical transcription field. She has extensive experience with transcription and dictation hardware/software products, operational elements and best-practice standards, sales and marketing functions and client service. She is a member of American Association for Medical Transcription, American Health Information Management Association and Medical Transcription Industry Alliance.
